Line by Line code review
One of our review team will review the code line by line and provide detailed feedback, not just focussing our where things went wrong, but where they were right. In some instances the team will drop in suggestions to improve the code to try and make this as much a learning experience as an exam (who likes exams?!)
Dynamic Feedback
There’s nothing worse than having no right of reply. This should not be a one way street.
Candidates are actively encouraged to reply to a reviewer’s comments. Below is an example of interaction between the candidate and the reviewer.
